Every custom piece starts with something meaningful. A memory. A milestone. A stone you cannot stop thinking about.
From our very first conversation to the moment your jewellery is in your hands, this is a collaborative experience designed to feel personal, considered and beautifully refined.
Creating bespoke jewellery is not just about design. It is about translating something deeply personal into a piece you will treasure forever. Here is how we bring that to life.
STEP 1 — SHARE YOUR VISION
Begin by telling us what matters to you. It might be an engagement, an anniversary, a gift for a loved one, a gift for a new baby, birthday, religious gift, a future heirloom, or simply a diamond you have always dreamed of owning (and you sure deserve it!)
Through our enquiry form, you will share your ideas, inspiration and preferences so we can understand the meaning behind your piece.
We then consult with our master jeweller and come back to you with a quote.
STEP 2 — DESIGNING YOUR PIECE
Once your idea is finalised and quote approved, we begin creating the design around it.
At this stage of the process, a 50% deposit is required to place your order. You can opt to pay your order in full if you prefer.
Our designers will create a refined CAD concept that complements both the character of the stone and your personal style.
Together, we review and refine the design until it feels exactly right.

STEP 3 — SOURCING YOUR PERFECT STONE
Next, we carefully source a curated selection of ethically chosen diamonds or gemstones tailored to your brief.
You will receive detailed videos and specifications, allowing you to view and compare your options in your own time. Choosing your stone should feel exciting and empowering, never overwhelming.
STEP 4 — HANDCRAFTED WITH PRECISION
Final payment secures your stone and allows our skilled jeweller to begin crafting.
Using traditional techniques and meticulous attention to detail, your jewellery is brought to life with care and intention. We keep you informed throughout the process so you feel connected to every stage.
STEP 5 — THE FINAL REVEAL
The full creation process typically takes around 4 weeks once the stone has been selected.
Before dispatch, we will send you a detailed video of your finished piece so you can admire every detail. Your jewellery is beautifully packaged and shipped, ready to be picked up or delivered to you.

WARRANTY
We offer a 24 month manufacturing warranty on all pieces, which covers any faults related to craftsmanship. If anything isn’t quite right due to the making of your piece, we will absolutely have it rectified for you.
This doesn’t cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or hard knocks, as fine jewellery is delicate by nature and everyday use can impact it over time.
We also offer complimentary cleans, stone checks (and rhodium plating for white gold pieces) every 6 months within the first 12 months, to keep your piece looking its absolute best. Maintaining this schedule helps ensure your jewellery is checked over and the warranty remains valid.
