When ready to place an order, you can:

1) Pay 50% deposit upon placing order and remaining 50% before completion

2) Pay 100% up front

At The Finer Diamonds by Kim, we are devoted to exceptional craftsmanship and uncompising quality. Each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully made, reflecting our commitment to fine jewellery at its highest standard.

As such, all purchases are considered final. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

We encourage careful consideration before placing your order and are always here to assist with any questions to ensure you feel completely confident in your choice.

In the rare event of a verified manufacturing fault, your piece will be repaired or remade within the first 12 months.

If you have purchased loose stones without a setting and change your mind, loose stones may be returned within 3 weeks of delivery.

A $50 restocking fee per diamond will be deducted from any refund issued.

Warranty

All pieces include a 12 month manufacturer warranty covering craftsmanship and structural quality.

This warranty does not extend to general wear, accidental damage, or everyday use.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend regular professional maintenance, including prong inspections, diamond security checks, polishing, cleaning, and rhodium plating where applicable.

Independent jewellery insurance is strongly encouraged.
